JME Strchild, stage name for musician and performer Jaeme Brennan McDonald, is a widely

acclaimed and seasoned multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, mix engineer, and audio producer.

With over three decades of experience in the industry, JME has honed his craft in the studio and

during live performances through roles both on stage and behind the scenes. From writing and

recording with music legends Living Colour, to backstage work with Janelle Monae, B.B. King,

Peter Wolf and countless others, JME’s creativity and devotion to his craft have earned him the

respect and admiration of his musical peers and fans alike.

JME has self-produced five albums throughout his career, showcasing his songwriting talents

via an eclectic blend of hard funk, rock, and R&B that he has dubbed “proto-retro rock and soul”,

a blend of modern technology with classic sounds. The addition of vocals by Rachel Tonucci

and drumming by Mark Manczuk result in Dream Factory, a carefully crafted blend of studio

wizardry and dynamic live performance. The group will perform songs from JME's earnest

beginnings in 2004 to his most current material from 2023's Lessons From the Prophet and

2025’s EP ReDux Ex Machina.
